BOPP film

Description

Standard BOPP film is based on BOPP film as Backing, coated with acrylic adhesive and then laminated with a layer of Release liner on the adhesive surface

Structure

Adhesive： Acrylic
Release liner： Release film or Release paper
Adhesion： * 1 ~ 500 g/25mm
Total thickness(without release liner)： 0.065 mm ~ 0.095 mm

Features

■ It is biaxially stretched PP film

■ Compared with PET, the density is lower so the stiffness is worse

■ The material is brittle, if there is a crack, it is prone to "burst

■ Temperature resistance 120℃

■ The thickness range is too thin

■ Glue thickness and viscosity color can be customized

Applications

■ Printability is very good, so it is widely used in packaging
